If you receive food stamps, it is very likely that you
could also qualify for fuel assistance. This program is
run by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community
Development (DHCD) to help low and fixed income households
to pay their heating bills.
The program starts on November 1st of each year and ends
on April 30th of the next. Programs also exist to help you
weatherize your home and repair your heating system. Call
